چکیده
A sodium salt of 2-(fur-2-yl)-6-nitro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7-one as a close structural analogue ZM-241385 was obtained. This heterocycle can serve an effector for A2a adenosine receptors and possesses antiseptic activity. The structures compounds were confirmed based on the data 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy, IR elemental analysis. structure 2-furyl-6-nitro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7-one by X-ray diffraction

In the title compound, C(22)H(23)N(3)O(4), the tolyl ring is almost perpendicular [83.86 (7)°] to the best plane through the eight atoms of the pyrrolizidine ring system. The mol-ecular conformation is stabilized by an intra-molecular O-H⋯O hydrogen bond. The crystal packing features inversion dimers with R(2) (2)(8) motifs linked by pairs of N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
